About Me

I am a postdoctoral scientist and environmental chemist with expertise in metabolomics and chemical forensics. My research focuses on using molecular approaches and ecosystem modeling to study the impacts of natural and anthropocentric perturbations on ecosystem services, such as microbial phosphorus metabolism. My work bridges molecular understanding in microbial processes and large-scale Earth system models to gain insights into ecosystem responses to climate change. My overarching goal is to develop multi-scale iterative model-experiment (ModEx) workflows that can better probe and predict ecosystem functions facing diverse global change stresses.
