About Me

I am a scientist in the Environmental Health Psychology (EHP) research group and am working on the transdisciplinary project Re-Own on the influence of public participation and collective ownership on public acceptance of river restoration.

The project has been running since November 2021 and is being carried out as part of the joint Blue-Green-Biodiversity research initiative of Eawag and WSL.

Following my bachelor's degree in forestry at the Swiss College of Agriculture and work in the reforestation of water catchment areas and in practical nature conservation, I completed a master's degree in Community Development (Focal points: community development, solidarity economy and neighbourhood management) at Munich University of Applied Sciences. After completing my Master's degree, I worked for two years as a research assistant in the social science landscape research group at the Swiss Federal Institute for Forest, Snow and Landscape Research WSL before starting on the current project.
