About Me

My role as a Scientific IT specialist is to solve Eawag scientists computational IT challenges, and work with them to develop effective research data management strategies. I support scientists in provision and operation of commercial cloud computing (e.g. SWITCHengines),  assistance with high performance computing (e.g. at CSCS) and development of analysis pipelines. 

 

Prior to taking on this role in the IT department, I worked as a scientist in the Department of Aquatic Ecology at Eawag. See my research on google scholar
