Book launch: Biodiversität zwischen Wasser und Land

June 27, 2024, 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm

Naturzentrum Pfäffikon ZH

Book launch including short presentations, short excursions (optional) and apéro

Aquatic and terrestrial habitats are closely connected. Many plant and animal species use both habitats during their lives, and there is a steady exchange of substances and organisms between “water” and “land”. The human use and design of the landscape also has an impact on the interplay between aquatic and terrestrial habitats. This book invites you to actively explore how these habitats function as well as their biodiversity on eight excursions.

This book was produced as part of the “Blue-Green Biodiversity” research initiative of Eawag and the WSL.
