Huge congrats to Christoph Schür for being awarded the SETAC GLB best PhD dissertation award! His thesis dealt with the “Effects of microplastics on freshwater invertebrates” and was performed before joining Eawag at the Department Aquatic Ecotoxicology, Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany.

An equally big hurray goes to Nikolai Huwa, Postdoc at Utox, for winning a poster award at the Swiss Chemical Society (SCS) Fall Meeting 2022, where he presented his work on developing a targeted proteomics method to monitor phosphorylation dynamics of multiple proteins within the mTOR pathway in zebrafish.
