MassSpec Facility

The Eawag's MassSpec Facility (MSF) brings together 20+ mass-spectrometry based instruments. The MSF is run collaboratively by scientists and technicians from several Eawag departments with the goal to enable the use and development of state-of-the-art environmental and biological analyses by mass spectrometry by Eawag personnel and to catalyze and strengthen (interdisciplinary) collaboration.

The MSF is divided in three cluster:

Organic Analytics & Omics

Combine environmental contaminants (small molecules), metabolome or proteome analysis with targeted or non-targeted workflows.
